Unlocking your Huawei 3G or 3.5G USB Modem online has been made easy and this can now be done online.
With this in mind, there is no need paying someone to help you unlock your MTN/GLO/Etisalat/Airtel Huawei Modems as i will be teaching you how to unlock the modems online for absolutely.
Why You Need To Unlock Your Modem
If you purchased a modem for a particular network, lets say an MTN USB Modem, you can not use same modem with any other network like Airtel, Etisalat, GLO or any other network sim with it.
In-other to use the modem with another network sim, you need to unlock it to work with other sims.
How To Unlock Huawei USB MODEM Online For Free
First you actually need an internet connection to access the modem unlocker website.
- Visit the huawei USB Modem unlocker website here
- You should be logged into the page that has the screenshot below
- I want to believe that you already have your IMEI Number
- In the space box where you are required to place your IMEI Number, type in your IMEI Number there and click Calculator.
Your Unlock Code and Flash Code will be presented to you. Now you only need the unlock code. Copy that out.
Insert another network SIM into the modem and you will be asked for your unlock code Insert that code you copied in and click unlock!
That should now work. Cheers!
