Tinder Online Is Now Available On Your Computer or Coming Soon

Tinder as a social network needs no formal introduction. The service has been around for a while now and to a large extent, has proven as a reliable means of meeting new people.

The major set back with using Tinder however, is the service being available exclusively to the use of its app. Being able to access the service on a computer isn’t feasible. At least, not until now.

Tinder online for computer

Tinder has deemed it fit to introduce it’s service to the desktop world. Not only can users swipe and match using the Tinder app, same can now be attained using Tinder Online on a computer.

How Tinder Online Works On Computers

First, the service isn’t currently available globally. It’s currently being tested in a handful of countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Philippines and Sweden.

If you are not in any of the supported countries, you’d have to wait a bit. No specific time yet. However, if you are not the very patient type, the use of VPN could come in handy.  Just set your VPN location to any of those supported countries and access Tinder Online right on your computer.

The service works almost same way it does on the App. On the App, you need to swipe left or right to like or nope profiles. On tinder Online, same procedure apply. The difference here, is that you have to use your mouse in swiping.

Still need a better clarification on that? Take a look at the demo video below:

According to an official blog post announcing the new service:

Let’s face it: not all places on earth have 4G. Some people can’t get bundled services, while others don’t have enough memory to support Tinder on their mobile phones. For all those who’ve ever been stuck in a lecture hall or had to endure an eight-hour workday without access to Tinder—this is for you.

We know that some areas have limited access to Facebook, too. So we are testing the ability to login via SMS directly from your mobile phone in various markets.

How To Get Started With Tinder Online On Computer

Using your computer browser, visit this webpage and you should be on to the service.

If your location isn’t supported, you’d rather get a notification stating ‘Tinder Online is coming Soon.” As started earlier, you could use a VPN in bypassing this.
