Tecno W5, although not yet officially available in the Nigerian market, is the latest upcoming smartphone from Tecno Mobile.
As the model number tells, the smartphone is an upgrade to the W4 and as expected, it comes with a few upgrades. The major upgrade however, would be the fingerprint scanner and 4G LTE support.
The Tecno W5 will be the brand’s first smartphone in it’s line of W series, to feature a fingerprint scanner. The W4 on the other hand, was the first Tecno smartphone to run Android Marshmallow OS out of the box.
Other interesting specs is the 13 megapixels back camera accompanied by a 5 megapixels front facing camera. Of course, not forgetting the 3000 mAh battery.

Tecno W5 Price and Availability
The smartphone isn’t currently available in the Nigerian market as it isn’t officially launched by the brand yet. However, we’d believe the phone will be launched before the end of this month being October or at most, November.
Regarding pricing, the Tecno W5 price in Nigeria should be between NGN30,000 and NGN35000. The price however, should vary based on the market or online store you intend buying from.
